Head of Retail Operations – Wireless

A well-established wireless retail organization is appointing a Head of Retail Operations to lead field execution, carrier coordination, and performance optimization across its store network.

This role requires a pragmatic leader who is comfortable driving activity, enforcing standards, and ensuring carrier programs are executed as intended .

Scope of Role

Act as the central point of coordination with the carrier partner

Ensure seamless rollout of promotions, programs, and initiatives

Drive store-level productivity, including proactive sales outreach

Lead operational reviews and performance improvement plans

Implement consistent operating rhythms across all locations

Ensure alignment with carrier compliance and reporting expectations

Required Background

Leadership experience within a major Canadian wireless carrier environment

Proven multi-location retail operations exposure

Results-focused, field-oriented leadership style

Location : Metro Vancouver / Delta (on-site leadership role)
