Als Director im Public Sektor (m/f/d) bist Du verantwortlich für eines unserer bestehenden Teams mit IT-Spezialisten. Dabei steht nicht nur die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams im Fokus, sondern genauso die Herausforderungen der digitalen Transformation gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden im öffentlichen Sektor erfolgreich zu meistern. Ziel ist es dabei, unsere bestehende Partnerschaft zu unseren Kunden weiter auszubauen und neue Projekte zu akquirieren.
Damit bist Du Teil unseres stark wachsenden Unternehmensbereichs Public an den Standorten Berlin, Köln oder Düsseldorf.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im öffentlichen Sektor und bringst Dich dabei aktiv in der Gewinnung neuer Projekte und Services ein.
• Dabei bildest Du ebenfalls die Schnittstelle zu Deinem internen Team und Deinem Kundenumfeld, um die vereinbarte Leistungsqualität in der Delivery einzuhalten.
• Eine positive Arbeitsumgebung für Dein Team zu schaffen, in der Anerkennung und persönliche Weiterentwicklung im Vordergrund stehen, gehört für Dich zum festen Arbeitsalltag.
• Durch Deine Hands on-Mentalität bringst Du Dich projektbezogen selbst mit Deinem IT-KnowHow ein.
• Bei regelmäßigen Management-Meetings tauscht Du Dich gemeinsam mit Deinen Management-Kollegen zur Ausrichtung und Zielsetzung des Public Sektors aus.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung sowie im Kundenumfeld des öffentlichen Sektors mit.
• Darüber hinaus hast Du bereits Berührungspunkte mit der digitalen Transformation der öffentlichen Verwaltung, bspw. im Rahmen der E-Akte, des Geschäftsprozessmanagements oder Changemanagements, alternativ in der Entwicklung von individuellen Softwarelösungen oder im Betrieb von IT-Anwendungen.
• Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit der Führung von Teams bzw. Projektteams oder möchtest erste Erfahrungen bei uns sammeln.
• Mit der Akquise, Vertragsgestaltung und Lieferung von IT-Projekten hast Du idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen gemacht.
• Dein Profil wird abgerundet durch fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
