Compensation :
- per hour with full-time hours and overtime opportunities

Here's what you will be doing :
Applies knowledge of processes, equipment and system capability to achieve challenging individual and facility standardsAchieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization, RE and qualityEnsures compliance with all Health & Safety regulationsDemonstrates computer proficiencyDemonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environmentSafely and productively operate equipment in accordance with established proceduresCompletion of PMs as directedAccurate part entry and PM closure via INFOR a mustMaintains equipment in a satisfactory condition for safe operationActively participates in line improvement meetings and projectsEnsure adherence and compliance with quality standardsPerforms any other tasks as directed by managers and supervisorsQualifications
Must be a minimum of a Block 2 Industrial Electrician working towards Industrial Electrician LicenseSelf-motivated, well organized and able to multi-taskMust have basic computer competency skills – basic programming considered an assetAbility to troubleshoot high speed packaging equipment requiredMust be skilled to use power toolsMust possess forklift and work at height training / certifications – or be willing to obtainMust possess high numeracy skills, record keeping ability, mechanically inclinedMust demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills, interpret process control dataMust demonstrate ability to perform LOTO procedureMust be able to demonstrate good knowledge of Food Safety Systems (GMP’s, CCP’s, oPRP’s)Demonstrate good attendance and a sense of urgencyWilling to be involved in continuous improvement to improve the quality of the product.Must be able to lift / carry / pull >50lbs on occasion
