Starting Pay: $19-22/hour (base + performance bonuses)

We're looking for a full-time Textile Preparation Specialist to join our growing factory team. This role is the crucial first step in our production process, supporting our talented sewing team by ensuring all materials are perfectly prepared. If you are organized, have a great eye for detail, and love animals, this role is perfect for you. No prior experience is required, as we provide extensive training and opportunities for professional growth within our supportive and innovative team.

Start Date: ASAP
Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and cut fabric according to patterns and production specifications using manual and robotic cutting tools.
• Sort, gather, and assemble all components for our pet products, including cut fabric, thread, webbing, and hardware, into organized kits for the sewing team.
• Ensure a smooth and steady workflow by supplying the sewing department with prepared materials in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including the proper care of cutting tables and equipment.
• Assist with various auxiliary tasks around the factory, including packaging goods, printing, and inventory management.
