Overview

Consultant Psychiatrist Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service at NHS Ayrshire & Arran. Part‑time, full registration with the GMC, MRCPsych or FRCPsych and a CCST required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical input to the Renfrewshire Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services.
• Participate in all aspects of patient care and multidisciplinary meetings, delivering consultant leadership and expertise in supporting residents with problem substance use and comorbid mental health problems.
• Work within the multidisciplinary structure including medicine, nursing, social care, psychology, occupational therapy, dietetics and pharmacy.
