• Commitment to Catholic Education.
• Identification with and participation in the life of a Catholic parish.
• Understanding of the Early Learning Framework of BC.
• Ability to support students with exceptional needs through differentiated instruction.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
