Salesforce Data Migration QA Engineer – HYBRID (1741)

Overview NOTE : HYBRID work model, 1 day / week in Mississauga, Ontario Office Type : 6-Month Contract Skills : Salesforce Data Migration, SQL, ETL Validation, Data Loader, JIRA, Agile, UAT, Test Planning Industry : Health DESCRIPTION : You will lead end-to-end data validation efforts for Salesforce migrations in the health sector, ensuring accuracy and integrity of critical patient, provider, and operational data. Your expertise in SQL, ETL testing, and Salesforce data models will safeguard compliance and system reliability during high-stakes data transitions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead testing for data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring HIPAA / PHI compliance
• Develop / maintain validation scripts (SQL, Excel) and reconcile data across Accounts, Contacts, and Custom Health Objects
• Partner with ETL teams to validate mapping documents and transformation rules for clinical / financial data
• Document / track data defects in JIRA / Azure DevOps and drive resolutions with technical teams
• Support UAT by preparing test datasets and training health business users
