Job Summery : Provide basic construction skills for residents and businesses in surrounding areas Bid work efficiently and produce it with great satisfaction Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.

Job Requirements Skills areas in at least three (3) of the following : General Carpentry – Rough and Finish Light electrical fixture and smart home devices installation Light plumbing (faucet change, cartridge repair, drain leak fix) Painting Interior and Exterior Drywall repair / Patching / Caulking Flooring Repair and Installation Deck and fence repair and re-surfacing Gutter cleaning and repair Siding repair Handyman, General Home Repair and Maintenance Work Problem solving skills, able to evaluate different options and discuss with customers Able to price jobs (labour and material) efficiently and quickly.

Great customer service and client relations Knowledge of building codes Material management Must have current driver license and insurance Must have tools, work vehicle and good references Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades Must pass screening process which includes a background check Screened candidates will be asked to do a pricing exercise on standard recurring jobs.

Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers comp (WSIB) Must have a smartphone and access to the internet Swift Handyman is strongly considering candidates with experience as a Handyman for residential and Commercial and or similar positions.
