The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support high-impact, client-facing projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to capture and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will play a key role in aligning digital solutions with user and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Analyze and document current-state processes and design future-state workflows
• Develop use cases, user stories, wireframes, and process models
• Support project initiation through business cases, charters, and feasibility assessments
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers and architects
• Contribute to test case development and user acceptance testing
• Assist with change management planning and communications
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and client stakeholders
