Job descriptionAccess to chair massages, fresh fruit and snacks, a gym, sports activities, and more; Regular project and company update presentations — we keep our team informed about what’s happening at Frima; Tight-knit, caring, and inclusive teams — even remotely; Come discover the rest for yourself; Daily Scrum meetings; Build a relationship of trust with the partner by acting as the main point of contact in your area of expertise; Contribute to the various stages of game design and development within a multidisciplinary production team; Maintain smooth communication with other departments (design, art, production) to ensure optimal integration of the different project components; Bring your expertise to help determine the most appropriate technical approaches to deliver the project and achieve the desired results; Ensure code quality and the application of best development practices (code reviews, testing, optimization); Lead, coach, and support your direct team through continuous feedback and ongoing coaching; Collaborate with your Technical Director (Core Team) to ensure alignment with company standards; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related diploma combined with equivalent experience; Minimum of five (5) years of development experience; Experience as a Lead Programmer or in a similar position; Strong command of the Unreal Engine; Excellent knowledge of C++ and strong optimization skills; Ability to travel outside the country when needed; Strong written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
