This position is for the day shift with typical store hours : Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM; Sunday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will use your talents to inspire others to achieve results. You will run your own store, lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service, and be responsible for all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the Bétonel / Dulux branch.
• Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintaining Bétonel / Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
• Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members.
• Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel / Dulux standards.
