Your enthusiasm to help and support your colleagues will be key in our dynamic environment!Your role:Greet and engage with customers in a courteous mannerProcess transactions precisely and accuratelyKeep all checkout work stations clean and unclutteredCreate and balance the cash report at the end of each shiftEnsure compliance with the company's policies and procedures regarding loss prevention as well as health and safetyOther related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothlyWhat we're looking for:Excellent customer service skillsAbility to resolve a variety of issues quickly and efficientlyAttention to detailComfortable working on your feet for long periods, and occasionally working outdoorsExperience with cash register systems an assetIf selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
