• Spearhead overall project construction execution for large industrial and higher education projects.
• Drive success in safety, quality, and project goals from planning through completion.
• Lead a versatile and highly integrated team through coordination of on-site operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Your role...

Foster a construction health and safety culture in daily operations.

Provide constructability input during design, develop project execution plans (PEP) and manage / solve technical challenges on-site in cost-efficient ways.

Lead on-site construction operations, covering safety, client interface, procurement, quality, and execution.

Navigate change / scope creep, controlling, and always balancing costs, schedules, and people.

Nurture collaboration, integrity, and open communication with clients and subcontractors, ensuring a harmonious environment where "one team" prevails.

What you bring...

15-25 years of construction experience with strong knowledge of pressure piping code requirements and TSSA standards.

Proven track record of leading the seamless execution of complex projects, creating an environment of trust and respect with all stakeholders.

Extensive expertise in managing the on-site construction of multidiscipline designs, with advanced understanding of construction sequencing techniques.

Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiating skills in English.

Possess a strong sense of grit and determination, showcasing the ability to persevere through challenges, adapt to varying conditions, and maintain a high level of focus under pressure.

College or University degree, but more importantly a combination of experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities.
