Overview

Job Title : Technical Analyst

Location : Saint John, NB

Job Type : Full-time

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Wage : $23.00-$28.00 / hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our client\'s team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be aiding in installing OS, Apps, and updates to company devices.

Responsibilities

Installing Operating Systems using Autopilot onto company devices
Documentation of tasks and apps installed
Troubleshoot issues and follow instructions
Assign devices to users via Intune

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is an asset

1+ years of experience in a technical analyst, desk side support, or similar role

Experience with Intune is an asset

Experience with installing operating systems via Autopilot is a definite asset

Basic understanding of Active Directory, Intune, and Network tools
