About the Team : At ZF Automotive Canada Ltd., the warehouse supervisor will join a dynamic and expanding team at our Windsor, Ontario assembly plant, which specializes in producing axles for Stellantis. Reporting to the logistics manager, this role will oversee 20-25 warehouse workers, with the potential for team growth. The supervisor will work in our newly expanded warehouse, supporting operations across midnight shift ( Hours : 11pm-7am ). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key part of our supply chain in a state-of-the-art facility.

What you can look forward to as a Warehouse Supervisor :

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and distributing automotive parts.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of components to production lines.
• Oversee inventory practices such as stock rotation, cycle counts, and material tracking to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff including forklift operators and material handlers.
• Develop schedules and maintain adequate staffing.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, PPE use, safe equipment operation, and hazardous material handling.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits and comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
