Total Days Needed : Looking to cover Monday to Friday. (830a-1230p & 1230p-430p)

Training Required : Clear vulnerable sector check.

Training Provided : Shadow shift, AODA, Dementia training, along with general orientation.

Skills Required : Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of Square Debit machine and payments. Experience in customer service, answering phones, greeting visitors.

Activities : Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors in person or phone. Clerical tasks including reception, answering phones, completing intake forms, and making calls. Assist with collection of donations and payments. Other assigned duties.

Transportation : Volunteer will be expected to get themselves to the office.
