Job Summary :

The Receiving Supervisor oversees the safe receipt storage and timely transfer of goods. Ensures workplace health and safety and food safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for the security of the building and stock. A Receiving Supervisor plans and organizes the day to day receiving of goods within the Receiving team. They ensure productivity targets are met and maintain the computerized administration of inventory. It is the responsibility of this role to lead a team of workers oversee employee issues and concerns provide training and manage performance.

Responsibilities :

• Plan assign and supervise day to day tasks for Receiving team
• Oversee inventory control process orders and keep stock control systems up to date
• Ensure confidentiality of all proprietary information as well as other company data including personnel information
• Produce reports and statistics on a daily weekly and monthly basis
• Accurately update change orders as directed by the Commodity department
• Motivate organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity quality delivery and budget objectives are met
• Train staff and monitor employee performance and progress
• Ensure the health safety cleanliness and physical security of the work environment
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as well as other company data including personnel information
• Other core expectations as defined by the company

This position offers a salary range of $50000 $60000 CAD annually commensurate with experience skills and internal addition Pure Flavor provides a competitive total rewards package that includes company-paid benefits RRSP matching and paid time off.
