What is the Opportunity?

RBC Family Office Services is a team of over 250 financial planning, legal, estate, taxation, business owner and business succession planning specialists, as well as individuals in head office roles, who support Investment Advisors and RBC Canadian Banking. The RBC Family Office Services team helps advisors and advisor teams deliver integrated wealth management expertise and planning to clients and their families.

The Financial Planning Consultant group is a team of professional financial planners responsible for coaching and direct support to RBC Dominion Securities advisors engaged in financial planning and client facing planning for target clients.

What will you do?

• Accountable for providing direct support in a designated market for in branch training on the myGPS software to advisors and their teams through one-on-one coaching and market presentations.
• Engagement, support and delivery of client facing planning for target clients.
• Accountable working with branch leadership to drive financial planning.
• Develop strong internal networks with the software owners and training and practice management to enhance overall effectiveness of training.
• Provide coaching and feedback to branch managers after any on site visit.

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn considerably more through RBC’s robust discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
