Qualifications

• Valid 1st Class Power Certificate in good standing with the TSSA
• Proven ability to lead a team in a unionized environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan, schedule and settle potential disputes professionally
• Willingness to train and mentor others, to further develop the team and encourage productivity
