What you can expect :

We currently have an opening in our Langley office for a Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant. This role requires an individual who is organized, effective at multi-tasking and detail oriented, with strong communication and people skills.

Depending on experience and knowledge, the core responsibilities of the role will be, but not limited to :

  • Opening, organizing and closing files
  • Drafting and sending correspondence
  • Managing intake of documents and file related materials
  • Ordering file related materials
  • Assisting with final reporting
  • Assisting with drafting, issuing and following up on invoices
  • Other ad hoc duties depending on the volume
  • What you bring to the table :

  • At least one year of office experience – preferably in a similar role within a law firm
  • A Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire to learn and ask questions as necessary
  • Compensation

    The typical salary range for this position is $52,000 - $57,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related skills / knowledge, experience, and internal and market equity.

    Work Environment :

  • This is a full-time position based out of our Langley office
  • The role requires the successful applicant to work 5 days a week Monday-Friday (35 hours a week; 7 hours a day with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
