Were hiring two Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialists to join a leading global enterprise software company on a contract basis . This is a strong opportunity to support mission-critical order processing and customer service operations within a global B2B SaaS environment.

You'll be part of a team that delivers secure information management and digital transformation solutions for enterprise clients across sectors like healthcare, finance, legal, and government. The role is onsite in Waterloo, ON , with a start date as soon as possible and contract running through February 2026 .

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with issues related to downloads, license keys, and entitlements

Handle order processing accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate

Background in order processing, fulfillment, or entitlements

Strong communication and time management skills

Location

Onsite in Waterloo, Ontario

Compensation

$40 CAD / hour (contract role, 8-month term)
