Le nouvel employé ne doit pas nécessairement avoir de l’expérience dans ce domaine. Vous n'avez besoin que d'une attitude positive et un désir d'aider les clients. RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Organiser l’horaire des formations en classe.
- Confirmer les formations auprès de la clientèle.
- Prise de commandes.
- Répondre au téléphone et orienter les questions techniques aux spécialistes.
- Traitement de factures
- Impression des manuels de formation.
- Corrections de documents et de présentations.EXIGENCES :
- Le candidat doit maîtriser la langue française et anglaise.
- Le candidat doit être autonome et aime la prise de décision.
- Le candidat doit posséder une aisance à parler en public.
- Le candidat doit maitriser les logiciels Powerpoint, Exel et la suite office de Microsoft.Les avantages sont généreux et prendront effet en fin de probation.
