Do you want to work with multiple stakeholders and lead others in teams? We have an opportunity for you!

What will your typical day look like?

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for talent initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to elicit, validate, and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and employee lifecycle considerations.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to produce meaningful insights and data-driven recommendations that inform talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring successful system design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Support design, testing, and user acceptance activities for talent systems and tools, ensuring solutions meet end-user needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and system enhancements; track KPIs and deliver clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, HR technology evolutions, and talent management best practices, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve processes and systems.
