Quote and manage international shipments including FCL, LCL, and air freight (import & export)
Book freight with ocean carriers, airlines, and overseas agents
Manage international shipping documentation and compliance requirements
Coordinate customs clearance, inland transportation, and warehousing
Monitor shipments, manage exceptions, and resolve delays
Maintain strong relationships with international agents and carriers
Provide accurate shipment visibility and clear customer communication
North American Freight (Secondary Support)
Support quoting and execution for LTL and FTL shipments across Canada and the United States
Assist with booking and coordination as required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing and execution accuracy
What you must have :
3–5+ years of freight forwarding experience
Direct, hands-on international forwarding experience (air & ocean, import & export)
Proven ability to manage shipments end-to-end without supervision
Strong working knowledge of :
Incoterms
International freight documentation
Carrier and overseas agent networks
Experience quoting and booking North American LTL and FTL
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong
Comfortable operating as the sole international forwarding specialist
