Program Team Leader

Details :

Shift time is before school 7 : 30AM-9 : 00 AM and after school 2 : 35PM-6 : 00PM Mon-Fri approximately 32 hours per week.

Requirements :

• Must possess supervisory skills for both staffing and children
• Must be able to motivate and work well with a team of staff
• Must be able to develop and participate in the delivery of creative core programming
• Must possess Early Childhood Education diploma or University background in child studies, recreation or related experience in professional child care field
• Must possess valid First Aid / CPR Certification

Rate of Pay : $24.17 per hour plus vacation pay.

Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge

Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid / CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
