Construction Superintendent (Temporary, February 2026 – June 2027)

This full‑time temporary role is based in Saskatoon, SK. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing construction activities from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects
• Oversee and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site personnel
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues promptly
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and senior management
• Approve invoices, change orders, and material purchases
• Manage RFIs, change orders, inspections, and punch lists
• Assist in project estimating and proposal preparation, as required
• Ensure safety, health and environmental quality standards are being met
• Perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites simultaneously
• Help identify areas of work outside the contracted scope
