The Opportunity

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager this role supports the Quality Department by driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality.

What Youll Do

Process Improvement :

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of eïciency quality and cost-eï
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Lead Kaizen events and other improvement workshops to engage teams in identifying and solving process-related challenges.
