Base pay range

CA$29.41 / hr - CA$29.41 / hr

A new employee will start on the night shift , from 7 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 a.m. , on a continental schedule (alternating between 36 and 48 hours per week).

The starting hourly rate is $29.41 , plus a night shift premium of $1.35 .

Wage increases are offered after 6 months.

After 3 months of continuous service, employees become unionized and gain access to the following benefits :

• Group dental and medical insurance : 90% paid by the employer.
• Life insurance; accidental death and dismemberment; short- and long-term disability; and dependent coverage : 100% paid by the employee.
• Work uniforms and safety equipment (glasses and shoes) : paid by the employer.

Group RRSP : After one year of continuous service, the employer contributes up to 4% of the employee’s total salary, based on the employee’s contribution.
