Landscape Maintenance Foreperson

Location : Based in Chilliwack, BC; projects throughout the Fraser Valley region

Transformations Landscaping Ltd. is an award-winning landscaping company providing maintenance, construction, and snow removal services throughout the Fraser Valley since 2007. We are currently looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreperson to lead maintenance crews, uphold quality standards, and support day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading by example, and working closely with crews and supervisors.

As a Landscape Maintenance Foreperson , you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations while working alongside your crew. You will ensure sites meet Transformations' quality standards while supporting productivity, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews
• Perform and oversee mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on all job sites
• Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions and crew needs
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly used and maintained
• Support winter snow removal operations as required
