• Act as liaison between clinic staff and head office.

The Person

• Have significant experience leading and motivating teams in a medical or administrative environment
• Demonstrate strong organisational and operational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
• Possess a thorough understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements in a healthcare setting
• Be confident in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing effective solutions
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between clinic staff, doctors, and head office
