Job Description

FLINT is seeking an Overlay Operator for a permanent role in Airdrie, AB. In this position you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10‑hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living‑out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Labourer.
• Experience operating an overlay machine, welding, or sandblasting.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements : CSTS‑2020, WHMIS.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
