THE ROLE

The Junior

Proposal Writer will be a key member of a growing business development team,

working closely with senior management and construction teams. This role

supports and leads RFP and RFQ responses by developing proposal content

throughout the pursuit process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities include interviewing subject matter experts, compiling

technical information, drafting proposal content, and producing visually

compelling, CANA-branded layouts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Director of Project Development and Proposal Manager to

prepare, write, and edit proposal responses

and edit content from a variety of sources for accuracy and consistency

content in InDesign

technical ideas and subject-matter expertise into easy-to-understand language

and craft compelling narratives

compile compliant and mandatory documentation as part of proposal submission

package

update comprehensive internal library and database of project information,

profiles, resumes, and references
