Job description

The Monthly Permits Clerk is responsible for managing all aspects of monthly parking permits, ensuring accurate processing, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • 1-3 years’ experience.
  • Must have a positive work record and good attendance record.

SKILLS

  • Demonstrated initiative and can work independently and co-operatively as a member of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers, vendors and the public in a

    • professional manner.

  • Team player.
  • Willingness to take on new duties.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with parking management software and basic accounting principles.
