Job Description

Insight Global is looking a Technical Consultant to join a large HCM client in Mexico working full remote on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will join the consulting team and be responsible for supporting export project for external customer. You will map and configure exports directly and collaborate with offshore development resources as needed. Partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you will translate business and technical requirements into accurate, high-quality export files that support critical HR domains' processes. Prior experience working in SaaS consulting, knowledge of exports and proficiency in English and Spanish is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience working in consulting in SaaS industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in exports to know what questions to ask clients
- Previous experience in project management and ability to handle several projects at once
- Knowledge of XML/XSLT, SQL, fixed-width formats, or ANSI 834
- Bilingual in Spanish and English both written and verbal
- Go-getter mentality and willingness to learn

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- HCM experience or HR domain knowledge (benefits, cobra, open enrollment)
- Bachelors Degree
