About the Opportunity

On behalf of a valued client, LRO Staffing is actively recruiting a Manager, Project Accounting.

The selected candidate will spearhead the monthly accounting and reporting cycle for exciting development projects and for the company’s corporate entities.

Duties include but are not limited to :

Oversee team of Project Accountants and Accounting Coordinators
Develop + maintain financial records for stakeholders
Monthly closing
Process full cycle accounts payable
Financial statement prep
Budget tracking
Cash flow management
Prep compliance filings
Collaborate with 3rd party accountants on year-end financials

About You

The successful candidate will have the following :

CPA or CMA designation

2 years’ experience working in management OR several years working as a Senior Accountant with reports (formal or informal)

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environment

Strong commitment to professionalism

Excellent communication skills and interest in collaboration with key stakeholders

About the Job

The client is located centrally in Toronto, ON. Direct access to the subway. This is a full-time permanent position and will require on site effort in the brand-new corporate office.
