About Our Client Our client is a well-established construction manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and efficiency. They specialize in prefabricated structural components and are committed to safety, teamwork, and producing high-quality building materials in a controlled factory environment. Position Overview The Apprentice Carpenter supports the production team in the fabrication and assembly of wood wall and floor panels . This role involves reading shop drawings, measuring and cutting lumber, and assisting with assembly using hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of prefabricated wood wall and floor panels according to blueprints and shop drawings
• Measure, cut, and prepare lumber using hand and power tools
• Operate equipment such as nail guns, saws, and panel machines under supervision
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency before panels move to the next production stage
• Support senior carpenters and team leads in meeting daily production targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all health and safety policies, including proper use of PPE
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
