Description du poste
En tant qu'IAA compatissante, vous coordonnerez les soins aux résidents en administrant des médicaments, des pansements et en veillant au respect des plans de soins individuels et de soins infirmiers thérapeutiques. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les préposés aux bénéficiaires et les infirmières de votre unité afin de promouvoir un environnement dynamique et chaleureux pour vos résidents.
Profil recherché
- Membre de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
- Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) en aide à la santé et soins infirmiers
- Indépendante
- Valorise le travail d'équipe et la communication
