Job descriptionBuilding customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service Identifying and meeting the customer’s financial needs in order to process loan applications Collecting on delinquent accounts in the interest of minimizing bad debt Conveying information through in person, telephone, and email communications Aiding in loan sales, cheque cashing and in store promotions Handling and balancing daily cash and debit transactions Performing all daily operations of the store Valid Government Issued Photo ID Clean Criminal Record High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
