As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our clinics and corporate teams by finding and hiring exceptional people who align with our culture of excellence and care.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting — source, screen, interview, and hire top talent
• Build strong candidate pipelines through social media, networking, and referrals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver great hires
• Represent our brand at career fairs and recruitment events
• Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience that reflects our culture

Experience

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (beauty, wellness, retail, or healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• A proactive mindset and passion for helping people find their next great role
