Forklift Operator

Job Type :  On-going Full-time

Location :  Hamilton, ON

Pay Rate :  $19 per hour

Hours :   7am to 3 : 30pm

What You'll Do :

• Loading, unloading and weighing material
• Putting away in storage areas
• Stacking, sorting and grading of various materials
• Running and loading materials into machines
• Sweeping in the warehouse to keep work areas clean and clear of debris
• Individual quality control
• Preparing and packaging materials
• Basic equipment inspection and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
• Must have a valid forklift license
• Minimum of 1 year of counter balance forklift experience in warehouse environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping / receiving
• Ability to use various hand tools
• Experience doing inventory counts and checks preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55lbs independently
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
