Senior Technical Program Manager

• Program & Project Management - Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI and data science projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.* Scrum Master - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach team members on Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement for high-performing teams.* AI Model Governance - Oversee governance processes for AI / ML models, ensuring compliance with regulatory, ethical, and risk management standards throughout model development, deployment, and monitoring.* Business Systems Analysis (BSA) - Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams.* Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with data science, engineering, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to ensure project objectives are met and business needs are addressed.* Reporting & Documentation - Provide regular project updates, maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, governance processes, and project artifacts.* Process Optimization - Identify opportunities for process improvements in project delivery, AI model lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.* You demonstrate 7+ years’ experience in technical program managemen t, with a strong background in AI / ML project delivery.* You can demonstrate p roven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Hands-on experience in AI model governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance and a demonstrated ability as a Business Systems Analyst, translating business requirements into technical solutions.* You're motivated by collective success.
