What are your contributions to the team?

• Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy aiming to build and maintain a strong and sustainable engineering organization for all Bombardier sites
• Gather and analyze data, including benchmark and draw conclusion and generate strategic recommendations to support the organization's objectives
• Develop the engineering content for the C-suite executives and Board of Directors, while ensuring the readiness of the Engineering leaders to attend those reviews
• Plan and manage the execution of strategic projects
• Lead and Influence (leadership) stakeholders, aligning them towards a common objective.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a University degree preferably in a Business or an analytical field such as Engineering, an MBA or other professional designation (an asset)
• You have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in a strategic environment within a manufacturing industry, knowledge of the aerospace industry (an asset)
• You have experience managing strategic projects, while having the ability to synthesise complex information and communicate to senior leadership;
• You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details;
• You can exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
• You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, and advanced in PowerPoint for executive presentation.
