Order Desk Clerk Coordinator

We are looking for a team player who is excited about the work they do to join our Distribution team in Pointe-Claire, QC.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing world-class service to both external and internal customers.

The incumbent will be responsible for handling sales, product, and service inquiries, customer orders, data entry and other office related tasks.

• Permanent full time job, Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5pm (flexible)

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a positive, courteous, and professional manner
• Process customer orders via email, phone, or fax
• Coordinating with sales for quotes, inquiries, and other customer needs
• Customer file maintenance, opening / closing files
• Learn and possess industry, company, and product knowledge
• Collaborate with and support the efforts of the outside sales team
• Ensure orders are being processed in a timeline fashion

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and writing skills in French and English
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude
• Adaptable, proactive mindset
• Comfortable with computers
• Have the willingness to learn and grow
