We are a team of five established family physicians inviting new colleagues to join us as we prepare to launch a new Family Health Organization (FHO) in Ajax, Ontario!

QUALIFICATIONS

MD with license (or eligibility) to practice in Ontario

CPSO Independent License or Supervised Practice

CCFP designation preferred but not required

No minimum experience is required. New graduates & IMGs are welcome!
