The Ponoka Golf Club is located in the heart of Alberta, nestled in the historic and picturesque Battle River Valley on the southeast side of the town of Ponoka. Our 18-hole Championship Course offers an exceptional golf experience and a welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff alike. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant / Associate / Apprentice Golf Professional to join our professional team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, supporting daily golf operations, and helping elevate the overall golfer experience at Ponoka Golf Club.

This role requires leadership by example, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in customer service, staff engagement, sales, and overall operational performance. Responsibilities

Customer Service & Operations

• Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service
• Assist with all daily golf shop operations, including opening / closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail and service environment
• Support back-shop operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
