Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche de planificateur travaux et matières d’avion pour rejoindre notre équipe de production basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous mettrez à profit vos compétences en étant au cœur des opérations.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe production chargée de mettre en place les routines opérationnelles et d’exécuter les différents plans de production.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

• Vos défis :
• Définir et exécuter des flux de matériaux allégés et fiables du quai au point d'utilisation en étroite collaboration avec la fonction Logistique-Approvisionnement ;
• Définir et mettre en œuvre la gestion des stocks dans le cadre d'une stratégie globale d'amélioration du fonds de roulement ;
• Construire un plan de charge de l'atelier pour la section de production "cadencé" et "non-cadencé";
• Être au centre des activités de production en étant le coeur de la planification et du suivi des travaux;
• Interagir avec diverses équipes multidisciplinaires (Logistique-Approvisionnement, Méthodes, Génie Usine, Génie Industriel, Qualité);
• Participer aux projets d'amélioration (Airbus Operating System, 5S, lean manufacturing, réduction des coûts, amélioration de la fabrication, etc.)
• Votre profil
• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en logistique ou en génie industriel, en gestion des opérations et de la logistique, ou un diplôme d'études collégiales avec une expérience équivalente ;
• Vous avez de deux à cinq ans d'expérience pertinente en logistique ou en planification de production
• Vous avez une expérience pertinente dans l'industrie automobile ou aérospatiale (un atout);
• Vous avez un fort intérêt pour l'amélioration continue et les principes de fabrication allégée;
• Vous avez une bonne compréhension du français et de l'anglais écrit et parlé (un atout);
• Vous avez une facilité à utiliser la Suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
• Vous avez une facilité à utiliser Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides)
• Vous détenez une expérience de travail avec SAP (un atout);

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Work and Materials Planner to join our production team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will use your skills to be at the heart of operations.

You will be part of the production team responsible for establishing operational routines and executing various production plans. The team is organized to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

• Your challenges :
• Define and execute lean and reliable material flows from dock to point of use in close collaboration with the Logistics-Supply function;
• Define and implement inventory management as part of an overall working capital improvement strategy;
• Build a workshop load plan for the "unpaced" production section.
• Develop solutions to align supply and demand to achieve inventory management strategy.
• Define and document the handling equipment from the loading dock to the workstation;
• Define and document production kits;
• Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality);
• Participate in improvement projects (Achieving Excellence System, 5S, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, manufacturing improvement, etc.)
• Your boarding pass :
• You hold a bachelor's degree in logistics or industrial engineering, operations and logistics management, or a college diploma with equivalent experience;
• You have two to five years of relevant experience in logistics or production planning
• You have relevant experience in the automotive or aerospace industry (an asset);
• You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles;
• You have a good understanding of written and spoken French and English (an asset);
• You are comfortable using the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
• You have an ease to use Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides)
• You have work experience with SAP (an asset);
