Job descriptionMaintaining a clean and safe warehouse Delivery Company products such as bottled water, salt, water coolers, etc. to customer's home or place of business when needed Load and unload truck, placing products in the safest and most effective manner possible Other duties as assigned Service technician and / or plumbing experience is an asset Good mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license with airbrakes and clean driving record is required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently Requires lifting / moving 50 lbs Hourly base pay (depending on experience) Productivity Bonus pay Employee referral bonus Annual performance review (potential pay increase) Career development with in-house training for Service Technicians ranging from basic installation to Commercial equipment with compensation consideration at each level Culligan University access Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Vision care Employee assistance program RRSP match (after three months) Paid holidays Paid comprehensive technician training Paid Culligan training Lead Service Technician Sales Representative Management Delivery vehicle provided Uniform and boot allowance Employee discounts Non-toxic work environment Open door policy with management Company lunches, dinners, and parties! Responsibilities
- Installation and / or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment
- Installation and / or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment
- Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation
- Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service
- Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner
- Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures
- On call technician, as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
I nventory Management including ordering, receiving, and putting away product when needed
