Food Service Attendant

What you’ll do:

• Take cash as required and follow all cash procedures.
• Daily preparation of food, dessert and beverages as directed.
• Ensure catering orders are prepared and ready at designated times.
• Assist with serving meals as required (hot case, .
• Maintain and replenish an ample supply of goods for resale (., confections).
• Daily cleaning of equipment and work areas as directed (including operating dishwasher).
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and food safety.
• Other duties as required.

You will work closely with other Food Service Attendants, a Cook and will report into the Bistro Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and community.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:

• Have a minimum six months of cafeteria/food service experience.
• Have a high school education (or equivalent). Food Safety Certificate would be considered an asset.
• Possess high standards of sanitation practices.
