SkySail Technologies is looking for a Level 2 IT Support Specialist who is eager to grow their technical skills while building strong client relationships. This is primarily an onsite role (80%) serving our professional services clients, with the remainder of the time spent on remote support and proactive maintenance.

What you’ll do :
Deliver hands-on technical support at client sites across the Interior BC regionPerform proactive maintenance on client systems to prevent issues before they occurProvide helpdesk support for day-to-day technology needsConfigure and deploy workstations, mobile devices, and peripheralsManage user account administration in Microsoft 365 environmentsTroubleshoot network connectivity and performance issuesSkills you’ll need :
2-4 years of IT support experienceSolid understanding of Windows 11 desktop supportExperience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)Basic networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)Understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD fundamentalsFamiliarity with backup and disaster recovery conceptsMobile device management (iOS, Android, and MDM [Microsoft Device Management]) experience and Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plusStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsAble to work well both within a team environment and autonomouslyFlexible schedule to accommodate occasional after-hours workAbility to travel to client sites in and around OkanaganDriver’s licenseNext Steps :
