Job description

Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Flat Roofer to join our team. This is not a labourer position — we are looking for skilled tradespeople with a minimum of 5 years’ roofing experience who can work independently and safely on high-quality roofing installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled flat roofing installations and repairs, ensuring high quality workmanship.
Work independently and safely on job sites, including high areas and heights as required.

Requirements

2-ply modified bitumen roofing systems

Cold-applied peel-and-stick roofing

Experience with products from IKO, Soprema, and Polyglass

WHMIS Certification

Working at Heights Certification

4-Step Safety Awareness Certification

Valid G Driver’s Licence

Must own a torch

Who You Are

A dependable, safety-conscious roofer with at least 5 years of flat roofing experience

Able to work efficiently without constant supervision

Detail-oriented with strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials

Committed to the trade and not seeking general labour work
